1. History and basics of plant in vitro culture.

2. The physiological processes involved in plant tissue culture. Types of plant cell and tissue cultures in vitro.

3. The influence of physical factors on growth and development in the culture environment.

4. In vitro culture of mycorrhizas.

5. In vitro culture and its application. Bioreactors and production of secondary metabolites.
