  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Efekty kształcenia modułu zajęć:

W01 has knowledge of the theoretical and practical foundations of physical activity used in sport and broadly understood physical culture; understands its sources and ways of shaping motor skills in various stages of ontogenetic development for human fitness and health [K_W06]

W02 has knowledge of selected individual and team sports and forms of physical activity, including performance techniques, teaching methodology, principles of help, protection and safety, and their use as a means of supporting human psychophysical development [K_W13]

W03 has knowledge of the basics of scientific understanding of sport as a phenomenon and its place in the system of physical culture; has knowledge of the process and technology of sports training (mainly in the aspect of sports for children and youth and sports for all); knows the principles of evidence-based practice, including elements influencing the quality of sports activity and health; selects tasks appropriately, taking into account the functioning principles of training (individualization and optimization) [K_W14]

U01 has the skills to plan, design and conduct physical education lessons, corrective gymnastics classes, sports training for children and adolescents, using appropriate rules, modern methods, forms and didactic means; skilfully sets current and future goals [K_U01]

U02 is able to interpret and use current scientific knowledge and the results of his own experiences related to the profession of a physical education teacher, sports and physical recreation instructor; is able to observe pedagogical situations and correct interpretation of the phenomena that occurred, diagnose the educational process, using the methods and basic research and multimedia equipment used in the pedagogical process [K_U14]

K01 verifies the acquired knowledge and improves skills in the course of practical activity in the field of physical culture; is distinguished by the appropriate attitude necessary in the profession of a physical education teacher, sports instructor and trainer, as well as a tutor and educator [K_K02]

K02 is competent to co-create and implement plans for the functioning of groups, organizations and institutions in relation to the implementation of activities within the broadly understood physical culture [K_K07]

K03 is prepared to plan, organize and implement tasks defined by him as part of the didactic process with the use of various forms, tools, methods and means according to the goals and needs of the student (including those with special educational needs), social group; defines the priorities of the sports training process; explains the meaning of sports and health training [K_K09]

• pedagogy - the theoretical conditions for the implementation of the training process in the sports training system,

• anthropomotorics - determinants of adaptive changes in the organism in terms of motor and functional preparation in sport,

• psychology of sport - factors of control and modeling of psychological phenomena and processes occurring in sport.

Bilans pracy studenta:

Direct contact (DC) with an academic teacher:

- 15 hours exercise

- 20 hours of consultation

Student's own work (OW):

15 h preparation for classes, project development

Total 35 hours KB + 15 h PW = 50 hours (2 ECTS).
